Living Nutrients

All living creatures need living nutrients. It's that simple. If your food isn't living, how can you be?

When foods are heated above 41 C (or 105 F), enzymes start to die, then proteins, minerals & vitamins are also lost or damaged. These damaged nutrients just cannot nourish any single cell in your body, but also become burdens.

Vitamin B12
It is proven, but not well known, that in a "healthy intestine", vitamin B12 is produced. Science continues to say that we have to eat meat, milk and other animal foods to get this important vitamin. It is also proven raw sea vegetables also contain B12.However, human keep ignore the fact heating & cooking destroys the B12 in meat and all other foods. Science doesn't seem to think that anyone could have the healthy intestine, and doesn't promote the internal B12 production.

Vitamin D
Everyone knows that vitamin D is produced in the skin when exposed to sunlight. I believe that sunlight produces other forms of nutrients too, even if this isn't discovered yet.
