Naturally fermented RAW Soya Beans, like non-pasteurized Miso, are rich in Vitamin B12. Black soya beans are merely a variety of soya bean. Nutritionally, they are superior to regular yellow soy beans. Soya are high in fiber and protein, and relatively low in carbohydrate. The black beans have more phytonutrients (because they have more colour, which in many cases is produced by antioxidant phytochemicals).
The best of organic soya beans are used in this tasty product. The RAW beans are soaked, drained & sprouted, added unrefined sea salt. Then the beans are placed in a big ceramic pot, covered with wooden lid, and allowed to ferment naturally for 3 years using traditional method. The BEST ever RAW quality one can find in the world.
